get here
Arrival by plane
Take a taxi to town from the exit of your terminal at the Liszt Ferenc International Airport. Taxis from the airport work for fixed transport prices in the range of 25 EUR. Another option is the Airport Shuttle Minibus, that takes you to your destination conveniently for a somewhat cheaper, fixed price. Follow the signs at the airport to their office to buy a ticket.

Arrival by bus to Népliget
Taxis park by the bus station. (Ask for the price before you take a cab.)
If you choose to take public transportation, take subway
M3 (blue line, direction: Újpest-Központ) to Deák tér. At Deák tér change to tram 47 or 49 to Gárdonyi tér. Make sure that you have a valid ticket for both the subway and the tram.
The Departement is in walking distance from Gárdonyi tér.

Arrival by train
You can always find a taxi at the main entrance of the railway station. Negotiate the price before you take the cab.
You can also take public transportation. Tickets are valid for ONE ride on ONE bus/subway or tram line.  Here are the ways you can get to the department:
From Keleti railway station: take subway M2 (red line, direction: Déli pályaudvar) to Deák tér. There change to tram 47 or 49 to go to Gárdonyi tér.
From Déli railway station: take tram 18 to Gárdonyi tér.
From Nyugati railway station: take subway M3 (blue line, direction: Köbánya-Kispest) to Deák tér. Then change to tram 47 or 49 to Gárdonyi tér.

The Departement is in walking distance from Gárdonyi tér (see map below).
